Onsite Editing
Getting the shot perfect the first time.
Onsite editing ensure the best angles, lighting and focus points are captured; removing the need for heavy post edit corrections and adjustments.
Not only providing better image capture, onsite editing affords a more expeditious portfolio turn around for the client
Licensing
Images are licensed on a mutually exclusive basis between the photographer and client.
Either party has full usage rights to the images for the purposes of advertising, promotion, marketing or print.
Neither party has the right to sell, license or reproduce images to a further third party, without consent of the original parties.
Preferred Client Pricing
Are you interested in a discount of up to 25%?
Whether a Property Manager, Realtor or Owner; if you anticipate the need to photograph multiple properties annually, you may qualify for a preferred client discount.
Staging
Having the right focal features in place elevates your final product to the highest of professional standards.
Clients are encouraged to make sure properties are thoroughly cleaned and clear of clutter and unnecessary items.
Professional property staging is not inclusive in the portfolios offered and may be arranged at an additional fee.
Quality and Images
Quality is ensured with the use of Professional Nikon Cameras and Adobe editing products.
Final Portfolios include images in:
- .jpeg format (other formats available)
- Wide angle 16:9 image ratio (4:3 and 3:2 also available)
- 4K High Definition Resolution (3840 x 2160)
Images are available within 24-48 from the portfolio session, delivered on USB 3.0 flash drive
